I won, I've decided to introduce a new blog category: The cooking tips for beginners and cooking kettle. And I want to share personal experiences and cooking tips. I'll begin directly with a small spaghetti recipe.
Ingredients:
- 300 - 400g Köttbullar (small meatballs, available for example at Lidl)
- 500g Spaghetti
- one or two onions 200g diced ham
- a little oil for frying
- two glasses Arrabiata Spaghetti sauce, homemade tomato sauce, alternatively, according to taste
the pasta according to instructions. Meanwhile, the onion (s) into cubes and heat oil in a saucepan. The fry onions along with the ham cubes and then add the tomato sauce, mix everything together neatly and heat. Furthermore, in a skillet over medium heat, fry the Köttbullar. When everything is ready, the most complete spaghetti mix with the sauce, otherwise portions damage. The best Köttbullar keep warm separately according to their taste and select the number per plate. ;)

In principle, an ordinary spaghetti recipe, which is missed by the Köttbullar still small ne meaty note. The Arrabiata is the ham and onions again spiced up further.
