From pancakes and Whit Monday ...

Today I was going to finally try Mama's pancake recipe. To cook:
380g flour 500ml milk with stir and add 5 eggs while stirring. In addition, there a pinch of salt. If the whole then stirred well ist, sollte der Teig 15min stehengelassen werden. Diese viertel Stunde wollte ich nutzen, um noch ein paar "Beläge" bzw. Füllungen zu besorgen. Also Schuhe angezogen, Rucksack auf den Rücken, aus der Wohnungstür raus und...

...erster Gedanke: "Ah, könntest fast schon gleich auf die Post gehn wegen Briefmarken."
...zweiter Gedanke: "Ach nee, am Feiertag hat die Post ja zu!"
...dritter Gedanke: ".......................Fuck, Läden ja auch"

Naja, also musste ich nehmen, was da war. Aber erst mussten die Pfannkuchen gebacken werden. Pfanne erhitzt, Margarine rein, eine Schöpfkelle voll Teig in die Mitte der Pfanne und dann durch Schwenken der Pfanne den Teig schön Distribute ... THINK! The shit-stick coated pan was so good that the dough does not spread but the Teigfleck rumrutschte immediately around the pan. Results: An approximately 5mm thick, waffle-like piece of dough ...

After a furious phone call to my mother (who gave me the titanium pan recommended for the pancakes), we agreed that I should try again's the Teflon pan. And since it worked wonderfully. Even the contact with spastic movements of the cup has works in 80% of cases. : D was

as covering / filling it's ham and mozzarella, bolognese (really recommended - but do not apply too thick!) And strawberry jam (Way too sweet ... next time was, unfortunately, is ne other in'n fridge).

By and large, was all but real "schmackofatz! :)
